Alissa Nix is the Golf Operations Manager at Lakeland Village Golf Course, a role she proudly considers her life-

long career. With a deep commitment to exceptional service, Alissa takes genuine pride in creating a welcoming,

high-quality experience for every member and guest who steps onto the property. Lakeland Village isn’t just where

she works—it’s home, community, and a place she’s honored to help grow every single day.

Her love for golf began at just nine years old, when milk money was regularly converted into range tokens and

her grandma—an absolute stick—chauffeured her to golf courses all around the Kitsap area. Growing up in Port

Orchard, Washington, and later spending short chapters of her young adult life in Hawaii and California, Alissa

gained perspective on what makes a place truly special. In the end, there’s nowhere she’d rather be than Allyn,

WA, at Lakeland Village Golf Course.

One of Alissa’s greatest joys is that her family—especially her son—gets to grow up surrounded by this incredible

course and its even more incredible community. She believes wholeheartedly in Lakeland Village’s future and isn’t

shy about saying it: one day, this course will be known worldwide… even if it’s just for the paninis (or something

equally legendary). Until then, she’ll be right here—serving, leading, laughing, and loving every minute of it.

Lakeland Village Golf Course is proud to welcome our new Head Golf Professional, Tad

Davis, to the team. With more than 37 years as a PGA Professional and over two decades of

experience as a Head Golf Professional, Tad brings an exceptional level of knowledge,

leadership, and passion for the game. Throughout his career, he has dedicated himself to

developing golfers of all ages and skill levels, creating successful junior programs, family-

friendly golf experiences, instructional clinics, and player development opportunities that help

make golf accessible, enjoyable, and rewarding for everyone.

One of Tad’s greatest passions is introducing children and families to the game of golf. He

believes golf is more than just a sport—it’s an opportunity for families to spend quality time

together, build confidence, learn valuable life skills, and create lasting memories. His

extensive experience working with junior golfers, PGA Junior League programs, youth camps,

and beginner players makes him uniquely qualified to help grow the next generation of golfers

within our community.

Tad will be offering private lessons, group clinics, junior camps, women’s programs, family

golf experiences, and player development opportunities for golfers of all ages and abilities.

Whether you’re new to the game, looking to improve your skills, or hoping to get your children

involved in a lifelong sport, Tad’s welcoming approach and commitment to teaching will make

him an incredible resource for our members and guests. We are excited for the energy,
