The Staff At Lakeland Village Golf Course
Alissa Nix is the Golf Operations Manager at Lakeland Village Golf Course, a role she proudly considers her life-long career. With a deep commitment to exceptional service, Alissa takes genuine pride in creating a welcoming, high-quality experience for every member and guest who steps onto the property. Lakeland Village isn’t just where she works—it’s home, community, and a place she’s honored to help grow every single day.
Her love for golf began at just nine years old, when milk money was regularly converted into range tokens and her grandma—an absolute stick—chauffeured her to golf courses all around the Kitsap area. Growing up in Port Orchard, Washington, and later spending short chapters of her young adult life in Hawaii and California, Alissa gained perspective on what makes a place truly special. In the end, there’s nowhere she’d rather be than Allyn, WA, at Lakeland Village Golf Course.
One of Alissa’s greatest joys is that her family—especially her son—gets to grow up surrounded by this incredible course and its even more incredible community. She believes wholeheartedly in Lakeland Village’s future and isn’t shy about saying it: one day, this course will be known worldwide… even if it’s just for the paninis (or something equally legendary). Until then, she’ll be right here—serving, leading, laughing, and loving every minute of it.
Golf is a sport that many love to hate—and hate to love—but for Dyllon, it has always been a meaningful part of life. His introduction to the game began at just three years old, after his father noticed his natural athletic ability swinging a baseball bat in the backyard. With Tiger Woods rising to prominence at the time, golf quickly became something he and his dad shared, planting the seeds for a lifelong connection to the game.
Although golf took a back seat during his youth while he competed year-round in multiple sports, his passion never fully disappeared. Years later, fate stepped in when he discovered an old set of Karsten Ping irons tucked away in his mother’s garage—clubs that once belonged to his grandfather, an avid lifelong golfer. One pure strike was all it took to reignite his obsession with the game.
Today, Dyllon brings that renewed passion and personal journey to his role as Associate Golf Instructor here at Lakeland Village Golf Course. He is currently enrolled in the PGA Professional Golf Management program, working toward earning his PGA Class A certification, with the long-term goal of becoming the club’s Head Golf Professional. His teaching philosophy emphasizes relatability, patience, and helping golfers of all levels find enjoyment and confidence in their game.
Off the course, Dyllon is a devoted father to his son and values the same family connections that first introduced him to golf. He looks forward to helping others build their own lasting relationships with the game.
